Walferdange bridge
A project with a focus on sustainability: the pedestrian bridge in Walferdange
Here, the original construction was preserved, while the old decking was removed and the new aluminum decking was mounted directly onto the existing wooden substructure without any major modifications.
The bridge could be assembled and disassembled in modules and thus pre-assembled in the workshop and then transported by conventional means of transport to minimize the cost-intensive outdoor work.
